Ura-Zen™ ERP Extended Recoatable Primer is a high-solids, HAPS-free, low VOC urethane primer with long-term recoatability. Using the same catalyst as many of our urethane topcoats, it is similar in performance to Hentzen Epoxy Primers.
Typical Applications: Industrial applications where long-term recoatability without sanding is desired.
Ura-Zen™ AP is a high-solids, 3.5 VOC, HAPS-free, single stage two component acrylic urethane topcoat that features outstanding durability, excellent gloss retention, high DOI and ease of application. Available in a wide variety of colors, including metallic and pearls.

Dura-Zen® Hybrid topcoats are blended from epoxy and polyester resins to produce films that are an economical alternative to standard epoxy and polyester coatings. Hybrid coatings share many characteristics with standard epoxy-based powder coatings, but include improved resistance to over-bake yellowing during cure, somewhat softer films and slightly improved weatherability. Offering good chemical resistance properties, good corrosion resistance properties and limited UV exposure properties. Hybrid coatings primarily function as decorative interior coatings and are not considered suitable for exterior applications, even though their deterioration and discoloration when exposed to sunlight is slower than pure epoxies.

This hi-bake phenolic lining series exhibits excellent acid and solvent resistance, but provides limited impact resistance and is not recommended with alkaline products.
This generally has the same resin base, chemical resistance and performance as Sterilkote® 12 linings. Like the clear version, these products provide excellent acid and solvent resistance.
By incorporating epoxy resin into the base phenolic system, this series provides flexibility and impact resistance not available in pure phenolic coatings. This modification makes them more alkaline resistant than straight phenolics, but with somewhat lower resistance to strong acids and solvents.
This series offers highly flexible epoxy linings modified with phenolic resin to provide a broad range of chemical resistance. These linings show excellent resistance to detergents, mild solvents, alkaline products and esters.
This Series is comparable in performance to both Sterilkote® 12 and 15, but has pigments that are initially gray and turn olive drab when baked.
This series is based on the same composition as Sterilkote® 46, but clear gold in color.
These linings are low-temperature cured. They will normally cure to full performance in 5–6 minutes at 400°F, although commercially they are often cured at 350–375°F for adequate performance. In many applications, Sterilkote® 300 linings have a high degree of MEK resistance at lower temperatures and were designed to resist a broad range of chemicals.

Dura-Zen® Epoxy powder topcoats offer excellent adhesion, flexibility and abrasion resistance for interior or decorative applications not subject to prolonged UV radiation. Epoxy powder topcoats can be formulated to be FDA compliance or as functional coatings for substrate protection where inherent toughness, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance or temperature sensitivity is needed. Epoxy powder topcoats are not recommended on products that will be subject to exterior exposure.

Dura-Zen® Hybrid topcoats are blended from epoxy and polyester resins to produce films that are an economical alternative to standard epoxy and polyester coatings. Hybrid coatings share many characteristics with standard epoxy-based powder coatings, but include improved resistance to over-bake yellowing during cure, somewhat softer films and slightly improved weatherability. Offering good chemical resistance properties, good corrosion resistance properties and limited UV exposure properties. Hybrid coatings primarily function as decorative interior coatings and are not considered suitable for exterior applications, even though their deterioration and discoloration when exposed to sunlight is slower than pure epoxies.

Poly-Zen™ is a fast drying, high-gloss, single component alkyd enamel coating that is an ideal finish for a variety of metal applications including utility trailers and hauling dumpsters. Featuring excellent weathering capabilities and adhesion, as well as good corrosion resistance as a single coat system, and is formulated to meet 3.5 VOC compliance. This high-quality enamel can be formulated in a wide array of colors.
